R&R in Washington State

After visiting the grandparents & my mom in British Columbia, we headed south to Washington, the Evergreen State.

We stopped at the South Sound mall and met cousin Brandon at the Rain Forest Cafe.

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was surreal.
The chocolate-peanut-butter-cheesecake was out of this world. We spent a few days with Uncle Jason & Aunt Lois and shared a lot of stories from Thailand days.
Cousin Treva & Donny live on the same street--5 miles away. We all had supper with them and little Katie, who is not so small anymore! Treva is looking forward to baby Zoey's arrival in December.

After a weekend in the Rose City of Portland, Oregon, we drove back up to Washington State again.

Cousin Olivia & Brady admire Treva's baby bump and can feel the baby kicking.

At supper time, the little cousins have their own table.

Aunt Lois made amazing banana splits. We also really enjoyed their hot tub in the cool evenings.

The day before we headed to California, we visited my wife's niece Cassie & her two girls, and we all went out for lunch at Del Taco [better children's toys and all that].
Heather and Emma really love having their photos taken, child-seats notwithstanding.
